Class Access and Password Management
Easily manage your class’s access to Omega’s learning resources with the Class Password system. Students don’t need individual accounts—just share the class password, and they can log in instantly.
How It Works
1️⃣ Your current Class Password is displayed below. This is what students will use to access learning materials.
2️⃣ Resetting the Password: Click the “Generate New Password” button to create a new class password. (Warning: Once reset, students will need the new password to log in.)
3️⃣ Sharing with Students: Provide the class password to your students so they can enter it in the student login field.
4️⃣ Tracking Usage: Below, you’ll see real-time statistics on how often the password has been used and which topics have been accessed the most.
